Stage 1: The Estimate

Estimates are free of charge. We will send a member of our staff to your site and make a recomendation based on your budget and needs. Our technician will work with you to find the product you are looking for and provide you with a quote.

This stage also helps us out. We need to check the dimensions of your garage opening and be sure that there is enough overhead clearance to ensure a seamless installation.

Stage 2: Engineering

If you have chosen a Prestige garage door, engineering will take over to produce CAD drawings of your door. This is where the details are fine tuned and you get the first look at your new garage door.

If you have any special hardware requirements, they will be addressed and, pending your approval, your door will go into production.

Stage 3: Production

After your door has cleared engineering, production takes over. You will be given an expected completion date somewhere in the neighborhood of 1-3 weeks.

Stage 4: Delivery

Once your door has finished in production, we will deliver the sections for finish work to be done. This is where you can apply stain or paint and prepare the door for installation.

Stage 5: Installation

We can work with you to pick a time that works with your schedule. Installation typically takes 2 hours. If we are removing an existing door, add 1 hour. If we are installing an operator, add an additional 1.5 hours.
